I started practicing as a lawyer in 1998. In 2004, I completed a postgraduate diploma course in European Community Law at King’s College, London.
My main areas of expertise include public procurement and construction, insurance and financial law, public and administrative law, intellectual property law, and criminal law (in particular, cross-border cases).
I am a member of the Board of the Estonian Bar Association, the Criminal Law Committee of the the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), and the Advisory Board of the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA).
